Apps to improve your mental health


There are a number of online and mobile apps designed to improve mental health and mental health treatments. These innovative programs help ease access to treatments, improve and customize how you can get help, and make addressing mental health issues easier.

AiCure is a mobile app that helps track your medication, and relays your progress to your doctor.

Mind Light is a game that uses your brain waves to play the game. The more relaxed you are the easier it is to play, teaching player to control their anxieties.

Mind you Mind is an online initiative to bring mental health support and info to young adults.
