A group of medieval hobbyists from a small town in Bavaria have built a giant crossbow that will be the star attraction at a large Middle Ages festival. The crossbow is 6.5 metres across, weighs 4 tonnes, and needs 15 people to shoot it. We follow the group's leader Michael, as he coaches the group to fire the crossbow, so it can safely hit a target 70 meters away with a huge 3.5 metre long crossbow bolt. It turns out it's a lot tougher than they think. We put mini-cameras on the bolts, so viewers can enjoy the ride towards the target.
